1. Pre-Commissioning
Prior to introducing live feedstock, we verify system readiness through non-live tests, including line flushing, air blowing, hydrostatic testing, instrument calibration, and cold runs of rotating equipment.
2. Commissioning
During this live phase, we introduce real fluids and feedstock into the unit. Our specialized team manages flows, temperatures, and pressures to safely evaluate control and safety systems under hot operating conditions.
3. Start-up
We bring the core process up to design conditions to initiate high-quality commercial production.Our team conducts performance tests to verify unit capacity and efficiency before official handover to your operations team.
4. Operation Support
Post-production, we remain on-site to ensure continuous operations through personnel training, rapid troubleshooting, energy optimization, maintenance consulting, and bottleneck removal.
